Résumé

Finally the conclusion of the research included the following important results:
1. The Ahl al-Sunnah are unanimous on the issue that all the Companions were just and trustworthy and that they were the best of the ummah( Muslims). Many Sunni scholars have stated this belief. On the other hand the Ibadhyiy claim that companions are just till sedition.
2. The Ahl al-Sunnah and the past and recent Ibadhi scholars are unanimous that the foundations of Al Ibadhiya are combined to the foundations of Khawarij (rebels) except those of the contemporary Ibadhi scholars who rejected that.
3. The Ibadhiya sects agreed upon some of the Khawarijites' authentic questions: they regarded Othman Ibn Affan and Ali Ibn Abi Talib as disbelievers and at the same time they disclaimed most of the Companions' honesty. Also they convicted those who commit Greater sins to be immortal in Hell if does not repent .
4. The Ibadhi sects contradicts the authentic of Khawarijites in: naming those who commits a greater sin and what can be convicted in life, for so they said he/she is ungrateful to a blessing not a disbeliever of Shirk (to attribute partners) with Allah. Also they were flexible with opponents.
