Résumé

Principle “el-emru bi’l-ma’rûf ve’n-nehyu ani’l-münker / to command goodness to avoid from badness” has big importance in Islam. This is a mission and command that every Muslim has to do it. But, in order to do this command to the present from first period there is a state that Muslims generally agree on it. That is, government does action for intervention scholars warn by their tongues and the other Muslims do not like by their heart. At this subject, if every body does action for intervention saying that I make it to command good and to avoid from badness, it causes an instigation. But, since Haricies accept only themselves as Muslim and accept the other Muslims as polytheist and unbeliever, they used force to think like they and to action in intervention, and they killed them who do not accept Haricies. Consequently, they appeared in the name of Islam but they showed a structure which is not fit to spirit of Islam. Although Islam is not related to terrorism, they cause terrorism weather in Islam Countries. At the present, time to time, similar formations are seen.
