Résumé

يتناول هذا المقال موضوع التقية الدينية والسياسية في الفكر الإباضي، فلطالما كانت التقية مرتكزا هاما في المذهب الإباضي خاصة في مرحلة التأسيس مع جابر بن زيد.
وسيتم تناول هذا الموضوع من ناحتين: الناحية العقدية والفقهية، وذلك من خلال بيان مشروعية التقية، وبيان أحكامها وأنواعها وتطبيقاتها العملية، والناحية السياسية من خلال ارتباطها بالإمامة الإباضية في مسلك الكتمان، أحد أهم مسالك الدين عند الإباضية.
Summary:
This article deals with the topic of religious and political piety in Ibadi thought, as piety has always been an important pillar of Ibadi doctrine, especially in the founding stage with Jabir bin Zaid.
This topic will be dealt with in two aspects: the doctrinal and juristic aspect, through a statement of the legitimacy of taqiyyah, a statement of its provisions, types and practical applications, and the political aspect through its association with the Ibadi imamate in the course of secrecy, one of the most important paths of religion when Ibadi.
