Résumé: Tahert has been a cultural center of the North Africa during the Rustemi
reign due to the policy of tolerance carried out by the administrators’.
This tolerance towards different sects and the intensive contribution of
Ulama to the scientific studies have encouraged people to be make effort
on learning and getting educated widely. The Rustemi State has united the clans from different sects in the region. Along with scientific and literary depth of Rustemi household, education, justice and pluralistic tendency have been quite prominent during this reign.
