إن ثقافة التسامح وقبول الآخر تقوم على قيم العدل والشورى وقيام الحاكم بواجبه وتتجلى في إعطاء المواطن حقوقه وقيام الحاكم بواجبه وتطبيق شرع الله الداعي الى الإنصاف وتحقيق العدالة ،، وهي ثقافة يؤصلها القرآن في عديد الآيات التي تتكلم عن كرامة الإنسان وأصله الواحد وتدعو إلى العدل والإنصاف واحترام الآراء والتسامح ، ولعلي اذكر بعض النصوص على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، وسنتتبع كل هذه القيم في الجزء الأول من كتاب ( السير والجوابات لعلماء وأئمة عمان ) ، في دراسة وصفية تحليلية نقدية ، حيث قمنا بقراءة متأنية للجزء الأول من هذا الكتاب ومن تم استخلاص النصوص التي تتحدث عن القيم التي أشرت إليها لأقدم صورة واضحة المعالم حول تعامل الإباضية مع المخالف من خلال كتاب السير والجوابات
