Kharijis, the first sect to exist in İslam and İbâdîyya breaking away from Kharidjis have became the first representatives of lots of views dealt with in the history of İslamic sects. İbâdîyya is similar to the Sunni about some points while it is familiar with the Mut’azila about other points in terms of İslamic theology. İbâdîyyas accept the Qur’an, the Sunna, the ldjma and Analogy as a source of Islamic law in terms of method. They also used the things Djumhur used as guide in addition to theese four main guides. Djabir b. Zayd, the first imam of sect, considered the interpretation importantly. They developed their sects by using interpretation method. We see that they have some ideas Djumhur does not have in terms of fiqh.
